Vivian Akoto-Adjepong is a researcher and lecturer specializing in artificial intelligence, and its applications in fields such as agriculture, health, etc. She holds a BSc., MPhil, and PhD in Computer Science.

Her current research focuses on developing lightweight Capsule Networks and advanced deep learning models for early detection of pests and diseases in crops such as cassava and cocoa. Passionate about bridging AI research and real-world impact, she is committed to leveraging machine learning to enhance food security and sustainable agriculture in Africa.
